Yes I do! I remember how many club owners and promoters fancied the 2020s to become as fabulous as the 1920s (what they weren't). It came different and every year it gets worse. Society is fucked up, freedom in danger and we're at the brink of a senseless war. I absolutely understand people getting stunned at the club. Nevertheless, that's why I got tired posting mixes or related stuff. Tough times. But anyway, I collected a few tunes from 2020-22 to channel my anger. Here you go:

This Is The End

2019 is coming to an end, the decade is coming to an end and an era as well. People phantasize the 2020's will become the next 1920s. But the future is in fact dystopian. Hate, anger, oppressionare on the rise and my personal view is not very positive. Here's the final mix, looking back and into a dark future. Grim, gritty, bouncing. Cabaret Bizarre has been a long standing vaudeville show in Swintzerland, fueled with amazing artists from all over the world and some edgy music, far away from roaring 1920s clichés.

I wasn't much inspired the past motnhs posting new mixes. During this time I had the feeling both, the real world and the safe harbour - the club world were going crazy. Things changed drastically in so many ways and it is not over. At least I found my peace with club life. Luckily I live in Berlin and it is indeed still a safe harbour. Twenty Twentyfourteen

End of a great album year again and a quite interesting one. Hip Hop wise, only Run The Jewels made it into my album list. Track wise, Hip Hop was more interesting in 2014, same with Electronic Music. If you weren't tricked by Aphex Twin, you might have bought albums from Perc, Kiasmos or Soft Pink Truth, who did me a great Black Metal enthusiast a favor and re-programmed a bunch of Black Metal classics. In Alternative Pop, 2014 bored with countless young men wining over a minimal, melancholic Neo R&B Beat. Disgusting. Apart from Douglas Dare who also marked a great year for Erased Tapes. I preferred many women fronted Neo Blues Rock/Occult Hard Rock fronted bands like Goat, The Oath or Black Metal Goth infused Myrkur. And there was plenty of great Metal releases this year. However, this is only 20 vinyls I picked representing all the great shit I bought. There surely was more.
